Mr TK Lim is an experienced administrator, whose focus is on managing the administrative of overall operation of the organization as well as providing excellent client liaison. TK Lim has both international and local work experience in real estate agency management before joining the property management industry for the last 10 years. He is also a licensed & registered property manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers Malaysia.
His vast experience will ensure each property is managed effectively and profitably. He has good communication skill which is able the understand the customer needs and fulfils their requirement.

Operations Manager
Mr Yeap has extensive experience and expertise in the Property Management industry for more than 10 years of Peninsular Malaysia.​
Prior to this, he was the key management team of a leading property developer company, managing up to more than 20 property sites at its peak. Beside that, he has the experience from installation to testing, operation, maintenance and repair, he and his team helps to ensure that buildings are equipped with the relevant services and are able to operate safely.
